Earlier this week the school organized a class trip for us. They actually booked an entire hotel just for us o__O Among other things, they took us to see some kabuki. Thank goodness we were only there for parts of the show ( .__.;) At least I wasn't among those who fell asleep. I felt sorry for the little girl sitting next to me. She couldn't have been older than 5 or 6, so sitting through this for several hours must have felt like an eternity. (It did for me)
They brought us to Asakusa and gave us a couple of hours to walk around and see the temple. But that place feels like such a gathering pool of foreigners and souvenir booths, so naturally we all eventually ended up at Starbucks instead.
And thanks to Inertia, who was kind enough to give me one of her instore event tickets, I was able to go to the handshaking event with Juka and Kaya at Like an Edison this weekend ^_^
Kaya seemed really happy. He was smiling and laughing, and in general seemed a lot more comfortable than at the event in September. Maybe he got more used to these kind of things by now.
This was the first time I talked to Juka. And I wish I could have taken a picture of him, or at least his hair. It was a mix between blonde, grey, silver and blue! I don't know if it was supposed to be that way. It looked a bit strange... And he wouldn't let go of my hand when I was done talking with him >_< I tried to turn away from him three times! When I turned back, I expected him to at least say something, but he was just standing there, holding my hand, staring x__X
Kaya was wearing his Carmilla outfit, with the shorter skirt. And his wig was the brown one, not the red/purple one he wore the last time I saw him with this costume.
Juka wore the same outfit he's been wearing since he went solo. But, as Inertia pointed out, he's probably waiting with getting a new costume until his band starts activities in December.
